What You’ll Do
As an Office Staff / Team Member, your responsibilities may include:
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Managing scheduling and coordinating service appointments
Assisting with billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
Supporting hiring, training, and onboarding for field staff
Maintaining accurate records and organizing office systems
Assisting leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
Ensuring smooth daily operations and helping the team meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using office software (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, etc.)
Positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus
